WELL GO USA ENTERTAINMENT has revealed a new trailer for a Western action thriller entitled "A Soldier's Revenge" from the producer / filmmaker Michael Feifer. What caught out attention to this straight to video release is that Val Kilmer is in this movie. I guess he is slowly getting back into the acting gig after being absent from the movie screens for quite some time. The movie stars Neal Bledsoe, Rob Mayes, AnnaLynne McCord, , Jake Busey, Michael Bowen, Jay Pickett, Michael Welch, James Russo, along will Val Kilmer.
The movie is about a Civil War soldier-turned-bounty-hunter living out his days on whiskey. Two kids show up and request his help to find their missing mother, so Frank must finally face his past in order to take down the notorious Major Briggs, with whom he has a score of his own to settle.
It sounds like an old school western, but looks like a b-movie to me. The trailer reveals why it is going straight to video and not making a run at the theatres. You judge for yourself....
