Shattered Empire is a four part mini-series from Marvel and Disney that deals with the events following the Rebels victory in, Return of the Jedi.

The Rebels have just destroyed the Empire’s second Death Star, but the war rages on. After decoding a collection of transmissions from the Imperial Empire, the Rebels learn that there is an Imperial holdout on the far side of the moon of Endor. Han Solo must lead a group of Rebels in order to end the Empire’s hold on the moon, once and for all.

So far I’ve been enjoying this Marvel and Disney alliance. A fresh new look into the world of Star Wars. However, this first issue teaser just doesn’t give me enough story to really sink my teeth into it. I am confident though, that Shattered Empire will become another welcome addition in the Star wars series.
