"Blow" by Ed Sheeran (ft Bruno Mars and Chris Stapleton) - Track of the Week

"Blow" is a song by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and American singer-songwriters Chris Stapleton and Bruno Mars. It was released on July 5 2019 as the fifth single from Sheeran's fourth studio album "No.6 Collaborations Project". Sheeran announced the song and music video's release on June 30, 2019, however the video was released on July 8, 2019.

 

"Blow" was written by Ed Sheeran, Chris Stapleton, Bruno Mars, Brody Brown, Frank Rogers, J.T. Cure, Bard McNamee and Gregory McKee. Mars, not only handled the production, but he also played the guitar, drums and the moog (synthesizer), while Brown played the bass. Charles Moniz and Joe Rubel, with engineering assistant Jacob "The Menace" Dennis, engineered the song. The track was mixed by Manny Marroquin at Larrabee Sound Studios, Los Angeles, with Chris Galland serving as a mixing engineer assisted by Robin Florent and Scott Desmarais. It was mastered by Stuart Hawkes at Metropolis Mastering in London.
