In 1985, Russian boxer Ivan Drago killed former U.S. champion Apollo Creed in a tragic match that stunned the world. Against the wishes of trainer Rocky Balboa, Apollo's son, Adonis Johnson, accepts a challenge from Drago's son -- another dangerous fighter. Under Rock's guidance, Adonis trains for the showdown of his life and this date with destiny soon becomes his obsession. Now, Johnson and Balboa must confront their shared legacy as the past comes back to haunt each of them.

Creed 2 is a solid follow up but lacks the "punch" of its predecessor.

All the elements seem to be there yet something is lacking in its delivery for it to be a knock out movie experience.

Still, if you're a fan of the franchise, it still merits a cheapy Tuesday viewing.
