Love him or hate but Tom Cruise is a bona fide action star. He is one-part Paul Newman, one part Bruce Willis and part Harrison Ford all rolled into one kick ass action hero. The man even does his own stunts. Cruise is literally the prototype of what every inspiring actor wants to be when it comes to starring in big time action movies.

Tom seems to effortlessly incorporate action, comedy, drama in his films. If that wasn’t enough the Mission Impossible series may be the only franchise in movie history where each successive sequel is better than its predecessor.
