A Year In Review

Hello Knights of the Aroundtable!!! Here are some the highlights in music for 2015.

  • Iron Maiden: Book Of Souls: A double album that pushes the band and the listener to a very rewarding listen. Most bands at this stage in their career simply do not take chances like this any more.

  • Halestorm: Into The Wildlife: Another band that is willing to push the boundaries of their sound.

  • Def Leppard: The band has returned with the most consistent, anthem filled record in a long, long time.

  • Black Star Riders: The Killer Instinct: One of the best bands out there today making just some great rock songs.

  • Don Henley: Cass County: It may have taken 15 years to get a solo record from Henley, but it was definitely worth the wait. Cass County is a return to Henley’s country roots. As well, the closest we are going to get to the classic country sound of the Eagles.

  • Adele:25: For a young woman, she has an old soul that spills out in her songs. And, if you didn’t notice, the young woman can sing!!!

  • Noel Gallagher: Chasing Yesterday: We see who was the real mastermind behind Oasis with this release.
