The first How to Train Your Dragon has become a family favourite so there was a lot riding on its sequel. When I got to the theatre I felt anxious, nervous and a little excited to see the next adventure of Hiccup, Toothless and the gang.

Without giving away any spoilers, How to Train Your Dragon 2 is one of the few sequels in recent memory that comes close to the spirit of the original movie. The animation is awesome, the story is very good and there is something for everyone; action, adventure, romance, life lessons and course lots of dragons. There is a very sad moment in the movie so parents bringing children under the age of 8 be warned.

I urge all of you to see this movie in 3D, the flight sequences alone are worth the price of admission.
